Shipping

Where does woof & barc ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and Europe. Our free shipping currently applies to all regions that we ship towards. Jumpy about our products, but live somewhere else? Email us at hello@woofandbarc.com to let us know where you are. We'll keep you updated when we come close to your dog palace.

When will I receive my order?

We offer 3 shipping methods to get your products to you, when you need them. These shipping methods are country specific. Orders take 1-2 days to process depending on the time you place your order (before or after 3 PM). Orders received over the weekend or during holidays might take longer, I hope you can understand. Expected delivery times per country are listed below:

United States & Australia:  8-15 business days - Free

UK & Germany: 4-12 business days - Free

Rest of Europe:  10-20 business days - Free

How can I change my shipping address?

After placing an order you will have approximately 24 hours to send us an email at support@woofandbarc.com to change your shipping address. Because we process and send your order within 2 days it is not possible to change addresses mid transit.

What is the bottle made from?

The bottle contains 2 main compartments. The part that holds the water and the cup that dispenses it.

The Cup is made from a durable BPA Free, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene. And the bottle is made from a simple BPA Free Polycarbonate. Also, the silicone seals are BPA Free food grade Silicon.

Sustainability plays a big role in our business and it is something we work really hard on. As a start-up company, it is very important to us that we can be as sustainable as possible and grow towards this goal.

We are currently working on making our packaging material as sustainable as possible, we do this by using as much recycled materials as possible. Our new packaging will be made or cardboard and craft-paper with paper stickers instead of plastic ones.

How do I clean my woof & barc products?

Having a dog makes everything just a bit messier, with that in mind we have designed all our products to be cleaned easily. In general, a quick hand wash with gentle soap should do the trick or some products can even go in the dishwasher. More detailed care instructions are listed on each product page. We do not recommend the use of very hot water (boiled) but hot water in general should do just fine.

The switch on my travel water bottle is jammed, what do I do now?

If this happens to you, we recommend putting the bottle through a dishwashing cycle and then using the lip of the bottle or edge of a table to apply force to get the switch to move. Jamming can occur when sand or dirt enter the internals of the bottle.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@woofandbarc.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with more information about the shipping process and details on processing a refund. Please be aware that returning a product can take a few days to be processed.

Please note, we reserve the right to deny returns if the items have been used, damaged, or do not meet our standards of recovery. We recommend mailing your return with tracking. woof & barc is not responsible if the returned package is lost in transit.

We do not cover return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange for a new item, we will wait until the returned is received before sending out a new article. Please email support@woofandbarc.com with any questions before purchasing if you are uncertain about an item.

Does the bottle come with a warranty?

We at woof & barc have worked hard to make sure that our products are durable and lasting. This is the reason why nearly all of our items are protected by a limited one-year warranty. Sure, wear and tear happens, especially when pets are involved, but If the items you’ve ordered aren’t performing as they should within a year of purchase, we’ll fix or replace them free of charge. Order

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us at help@woofandbarc.com and we will make sure to sort everything out. Please note that when you have received a shipping confirmation, it is not possible anymore to change or cancel your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

Can’t stop thinking about your order? No worries, once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification which will provide a link to order tracking details. From time to time, the carrier takes longer to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, please reach out to us at help@woofandbarc.com.

What payment methods does woof & barc accept? 

We take the saying “Every dog must have his day” very seriously at woof& barc, as this should go hand in hand with payment methods. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all other major debit and credit cards. Most worldwide country specific payment methods are available as well.
