How do I clean my woof&barc products?

Having a dog makes everything just a bit messier, with that in mind we have designed all our products to be cleaned easily. In general, a quick hand wash with gentle soap should do the trick or some products can even go in the dishwasher. More detailed care instructions are listed on each product page.

Where can I buy woof&barc products?

At this moment, our essentials are available exclusively through our website. But, we’ll be announcing exciting retail partnerships very soon. By the way, we are also making moves toward opening a pop-up store in late 2020. Be the first to know, sign up for our emails here.

How can I change my shipping address?

Can I check the status of my order?

Can’t stop thinking about your order? No worries, once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification which will provide a link to order tracking details. From time to time, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, please reach out to us at help@woofandbarc.com.
