What’s your return policy?

If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@woofandbarc.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with more information about the shipping process and details on processing a refund. Please be aware that returning a product can take a few days to be processed.

Please note, we reserve the right to deny returns if the items have been used, damaged, or do not meet our standards of recovery. We recommend mailing your return with tracking. woof & barc is not responsible if the returned package is lost in transit.
We do not cover return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange for a new item, we will wait until the returned is received before sending out a new article.  Please email support@woofandbarc.com with any questions before purchasing if you are uncertain about an item.

 

What is your warranty?

We at woof & barc have worked hard to make sure that our products are durable and lasting. This is the reason why nearly all of our items are protected by a limited 3 month warranty. Sure, wear and tear happens, especially when pets are involved, but If the items you’ve ordered aren’t performing as they should within 3 months of purchase, we’ll fix or replace them free of charge.
